Why write if I'm not going to change someone with it, and why read if it will not change you. These posts are super-inspired and focued on self development in anything you intend to do. I'm a proof that it walks; and not only I.

RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
What makes me great is inside of me. You know, when I was working for some companies, some people believed that I got money cuz I worked for those companies. Now I no longer work for those companies and yet i get even much more monies. Now your own guess may be that I'm lucky, huh? Ain't no thing like that. It's neither luck nor matter of working for companies. It's something inside of me. The excelling Spirit of God. It's productive anywhere on and with anything. Even the rod of Moses did mighty things when it become of God.
I have made some mistakes maybe even worse than you might have made. I have also gone so low at some points and there was no hint on the way out. But you see, I was wrong about all that. I couldn't have failed cuz I have got the Spirit of God as my navigation system, my guide and my partner. My moves are not by guess work or chance. But by the certainty of success which the Spirit of God leads me into. I have been set on the course I must follow. It is the course of success and victory in life.
This Spirit did not consider my errors or mistakes but guided me gently out of them all. And now i stand on the Solid Rock, high and above the elements of this world. I am a success. He does not let me fail. I always know what to do. It is by this same Spirit that I excel - The Excellent Spirit Of the Almighty God. I have His Spirit in me. And with Him I rule the world. The greatness of God in me is now being unveiled. And this is just the beginning. Now I have started companies and the breath of God is upon them causing them to blase trails. It is still just the beginning. I own the world.

Best tour to Nigeria.
A TRIP TO CROSS-RIVER STATE
Nigeria is diverse in cultures with abundant cultural festivals. Stick with the carnivals that last for weeks and the traditional delicacies. Cross-River State is the most notable state for cultural activities with about 9million tourists visiting, annually. Located at the Southern part of Nigeria.
For anyone who loves or needs to shop, Cross-River is good for cashmere, computers and cameras at the famous Tinapa Resort, built with the same architectural plan as the world's largest business resort in Dubai. But the dusty stalls of the Calabar Market is the place to go to for real treasures. This freewheeling emporium of every imaginable trinket is an absolute do not miss. There are colossal marble statutes; rare and beautiful lilac jade bangles; lime green clarinets and purple trumpets; handmade teapots. The ancient wartime memorabilia? Plentiful and historic.
A tour to Cross-River state is most savourable during the month of December, during which the sensational Calabar carnival holds. It is currently the largest cultural carnival in Africa and lasts for the whole 31 days of the month of December. The month is declared holidays in the state just for the carnival. The culture-rich activities draw huge media attention from around the world. Many such as CNN come with helicopters to cover the street carnivals.
Millions of tourists participate in the cultural activities wearing costumes representing the four different tribes of the state. Celebrities from around the world participate wearing these costumes with the indigenes. The costumes are made of feathers, fabrics, leaves and local face make-ups that costs between ten to twenty dollars. The different groups then participate in cultural displays of the different tribes in dances, local wrestling, boat riding competition, fishing and different stunts. The last week of the carnival is graced with performances from artists from Hollywood, Nigeria and around the world.
Cross-River state is also noted for good food. Being surrounded by rivers, they have different delicacies made with periwinkles, crabs, cat fish and different kinds of fresh vegetables. They are also known to produce the best chefs in Nigeria; almost everyone one of the indigenes can cook a delicious meal. Tourists usually are treated to fullness with several course-meals during the Calabar carnival, each year.
A tour to Cross-River state is most scintillating with a trip to the Obudu Mountain Resort through the cable car - rated the longest cable car facility in the world. The contributions of more than twenty dynasties was used to build this cultural treasure. It shows that the Cross-River people are peaceful and united in their value for culture.
The mountain resort houses five star hotels and has a semi temperate mountain climate offering both serenity and pleasure for an individual or couple seeking a pleasure hideout. Located on the Obudu plateau, thousands of feet above the ground and plays host to international tourists at all times of the year. The cable car facility takes guests from bottom of the mountain to the hilltop.
The air is usually quiet and cool with the stillness - no birds, no breeze. A delicious quietude than the Calabar area. The resort offers facilities for pleasure of tourists such as bungalows and chalets of various sizes and different costs, water slides, swimming pools and water parks, golf course, burn fires; fresh milk, butter and cheese got from cattle bred in the ranch. It's also a beautiful place to observe sunrise like a small calm red ball thousand of miles away on the horizon.
It may be just a tour, but it will make you wish you will never have to go home.

What Young Folks Should Know About Global Warming.
GLOBAL WARMING
Hmmm, is this Global Warming stuff something serious?!
Some say it like something already happening while with others it is like some weird stuff in future, maybe a kind of Big Bang. Or some phony idea in science? So which of these should I agree with? Is it something i should know about or is it one of those discussions at the United Nations, like the Millennium Goal- all those boring talks that never ends? How is this stuff my freaking business?!
Here we go.
The story about Global Warming became familiar during my freshman year in the university, studying Applied Physics. We were told that many animals like the polar bear will go into extinction while more parts of the world will be flooded due to the melting of large expanse of ice at places like the polar regions. In effect, we are not just referring to extreme high temperatures terribly harsh to the human body; we are also talking of loss of lives through floods, while lots of beautiful animals will never be seen again because their habitats are going to be wiped away by extreme heat from the sun. Sounds familiar, huh?
For us as students in core sciences like Physics, the issue of Global Warming could not be more popular elsewhere. Through various researches, discussions and presentations that characterized our the study of sciences, we got exposed to more reliable facts from the course to the effect of Global Warming. And after about five years of listening to and working with different doctors and professors in areas like Nuclear and Atmospheric Physics, together with facts enthusiasm have exposed me to, my appreciation and enthusiasm towards the matter grew steadily.
In all I v gathered on Global Warming these years, one thing is the most daunting; how a group of grown men with conscience, I mean renown scientists were bribed by a past regime in the White House to publicly deny the effects of global warming, and they did so for eight freaking years.....mehn!!!....in my country Nigeria we call such men "ode".
It's a common knowledge that politicians across the world treat issues based on what they stand to gain or loose before considering how it affects the larger populace. And this regime in White House at the time, was not different. They first considered how addressing the issue of Global Warming would affect their stakes in Oil business around the world, and then decided that human beings rather get fried by ultraviolet rays while the world gets flooded, instead of tempering the impending. So by paying renown scientists to lie firmly from the White House, anyone talking about the solution to Global Warming was false alarming.
"Depletion of the Ozone Layer" - A familiar language associated with Global Warming. It says exactly why the sun rays get to the earth uncontrollably, and will worsen with time.
In simple terms, the ozone layer can be likened to a protective proof above the earth that keeps the harsh sun rays from getting to us. It is often referred to as a thin sheetlike expanse in the stratosphere, and prevents extreme hot temperatures (Ultraviolet radiation) of the sun from reaching the earth. Now, it's depletion that we mean here, is something like removing the roof of your house during a heavy incessant snow fall and acting like you removed the roof of another person's house. And while u read this, this layer is being broken down continually by the effects of gases flared from thousands of oil refineries in every continent of the world and from fuel combustion of millions of moving cars across the world. While these are the most prominent factors, there are other domestics and industrial activities around the world that release gases to this same effect. These gases are commonly called the Greenhouse gases and their damaging effect on the Ozone Layer is now branded the Greenhouse effect. It is no mystery. Or is it? Question - How does it then affect you?
Though this article is focused on Global Warming, it is noteworthy that the greenhouse gases also cause health hazards through environmental pollution. These include lungs and eye diseases. And this has nothing to do with the heat from the sun. If you heard about the Tsunami disaster, you wouldn't need an explanation on what can happen when the large water bodies overflow their banks. We know that Tsunami was caused by an earthquake on the sea floor. But in the case of Global Warming, we are looking at the volumes of these large water bodies being overwhelmingly increased due to the melting of massive expanse of ice that formed habitats for creatures especially at the polar regions. This implies that no earthquakes will be required for the waters to overflow their banks and pay humans unwanted visits on land. But there is yet the most disturbing effect of Global Warming - the extreme effects of uncontrollable ultraviolet rays on the human body.
After speaking with one of doctors that carried out the research on Heath Effects Flared Gases while I was in the university, I decided to carry out my final year project on 'RECYCLING OF FLARED GASES'. And then came the rigorous processes in getting a pass to the gas plants that made me only hope I get employed to work at these plants after my graduation. And you know sometimes it doesn't work that way, so you rather become the owner of the largest snack-making company while having an unfinished research work in your heart. And quite predictably, your friends and loved ones who may have thought you were going crazy at a time would have given you advice that made choosing the snack business a swift relief. Money is all that matters, is it not? But then the real you will burst out one day, if you are true problem solver. And I realized.
Just the other day, I saw Evander Holyfield, the boxer, crusading against Global Warming on CNN.....u mean a boxer?! Then another time I read how Richard Branson, the Virgin guy, has offered to give twenty something million dollars to anyone or group that comes up with an idea that can balance the earth's temperature.....really?! He is a rich dude, i thought he was not supposed to bother. So what then is his motivation? I thought. The most popular of them is of course Al Gore's initiatives on tackling global warming. From personal observation, the former United States Vice President seems to have developed a passionate interest on combating Global Warming. Then this got me inspired than a mere expedition with my lecturers back in the university days. There sure will be a few others out there trying to reduce excess heat from reaching the earth, but I am however most amazed, at how even the boxer Holyfield saw the need to address Global Warming and is most vibrant about it than many scholars. It quickly reminds me of when the Bible talked about God raising stones to take up the positions of unproductive human beings. This for me became a strong pointer to the fact that each one us can be part of solving a problem by simply being more responsible and more selfless by using whatever we have, irrespective of location or vocation. And to tackle Global Warming, a problem of the whole human race, the Holyfield's approach is it, knowing that Global Warming does not discriminate.
A degree in Physics may not be prolific compared to what the professors have, but for me it is hard earned, involving lots of problem solving and researches. And combing it with the need to do the right thing, something that will benefit mankind; about 6billion people, together with enormous resources to causes changes God has endowed us with, i humbly choose to join in stimulating solutions against Global Warming, even if decision makers turn their backs. This is a personal task. We can do better than stones and maybe bring the solutions that have eluded those we depended on, by we getting more involved. I v thus written this page in the most informal manner that i can to challenge young folks who got genius in them but may not be doing anything serious with it. Great solutions a lot of times come by fiddling and thinking. Ask the Facebook or Google guys. And of course I'm telling you. In the records of science we got a million of them you may want to ask. I believe not being effective is the height of mediocrity; weather it is blamed on government or an individual feeling insignificant or indifferent about about solving a problem in front of him.
My conviction is that as a young lad reading this now, just an idea from you and we may just v got what we need. Just think, utilize what you learned and see how this concerns you.
For those of you in the cool tech schools around the World, Global Warming is undermining your capabilities. This is the reason why you are in a good school. Science is a call to understand and keep nature in order. I imagine me in MIT with my cool buddies, thinking Global Warming is an issue far away in Africa. Certainly not brilliant enough. From a simple thought, u may be shocked to know you are headed to saving 6billion people.
